Utilizing one of the resources discussed above, create a rubric that integrates specific criteria for an assignment and also affords the instructor ample commentary on the student’s product. Make the rubric available in a post in your blog.
Rubrics can be an invaluable tool for grading. They give clear expectations to students about what is expected of them and provides clear guidelines for teachers. Here is a rubric that I created with a co teacher in my face to face classroom. It is for a communication HIV project for our Biology Year 2 class.
